I had a session with Raven yesterday, and honestly, it was powerful. It wasn't easy
work but it was deeply fulfilling. The experience was eye-opening in ways I didn't
expect, both physically and mentally.
The breathwork really helped open up my diaphragm, and I could feel a shift almost
immediately. What stood out most was how intentional the session was. It pushed me
to slow down, set clear intentions, and actually connect with what I was feeling.
By the end, I felt calmer, lighter, and more grounded. It was one of those
experiences that stays with you: transformative in a real, tangible way. Definitely
something I'd recommend if you're looking to reset and reconnect.

My session of breath work with Raven was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I didn't quite know
what to expect. I originally thought, “how hard can breath work be? It's just
breathing”! WRONG! It was work! I struggled initially to find my rhythm, but Raven
was an AMAZING guide! She kept me on task, encouraged me and was very attentive to
what was going on with my body! She did a great job explaining how the session would
go, along with possible outcomes during the session and I was completely comfortable
with her. By the time I was able to go deeper in my breathing and release some
things, I felt exhausted, yet peaceful. It was so very therapeutic! I was floored
with the results! My session felt so healing that I'm thinking of doing a session at
least quarterly!

So I did something a little different for myself recently and I'm really glad I did.
I had a breathwork session with Raven from Release with Raven. I went into it
curious but honestly not really knowing what to expect. I just knew I'd been
carrying a lot mentally and emotionally and felt like I needed some kind of reset.
What surprised me the most is how powerful something as simple as breathing can
actually be when you're guided through it the right way. During the session I could
literally feel things coming up and releasing that I didn't even realize I'd been
holding onto.
Raven created such a calm, safe space to just be present and allow the process to
happen. There was no pressure, no judgment, just guidance and support. By the time
it was over I felt lighter, clearer, and honestly more grounded than I've felt in a
while.
Sometimes we don't realize how much we're carrying until we give ourselves
permission to slow down and breathe through it.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of a moment to reconnect
with yourself, I definitely recommend checking out Release with Raven. I'm really
grateful I gave myself the space to experience it.

My session with Raven was exactly what I needed - she curated a virtual space for me
to get out of my head and into my body, and allow the breath to move me. The
breathwork session was so powerful, I got to experience the exploration and release
of both grief and joy, leaving the session feeling more hopeful, lighter, and clear.

I've done a lot of things in the name of recovery and mental health. Nothing
prepared me for this.
One breathwork session and I was fully gone. Not in a bad way. In the best way
possible. I dissociated from my body completely, felt a peace so deep it was almost
obscene, and started seeing landscapes so vivid and detailed I genuinely couldn't
tell you if I was asleep or somewhere else entirely. Borderline astral projection. I
don't say that lightly.
I connected to something I don't have a clean word for. Source, perhaps.
Whatever you want to call it. It was real and it was undeniable.
If you've been skeptical about breathwork, I get it. I was too. But this wasn't woo.
This was a full trance state, visuals, total body stillness, and a level of peace
that's hard to come by.
Do it once. Just once. You'll understand.

I was open to it but didn't think it would be very different than other similar
sessions
with other people along the lines of breath work, meditation, healing, etc. I just
thought I was helping Raven out with some practice on me as well as getting a free
session. I was wrong. Halfway through the session, I began to feel tingling
sensations
in my body and I was feeling resistant, a bit scared, and wanted to stop. I decided
to
keep going and with Raven guiding me and being a good anchor point, I let go and
went
with the flow. I listened to her words, instructions, and encouragement. What came
out
of the experience was a profound and wonderful release from many things my mind,
heart,
and body were holding on to. My whole body went from shaking and vibrating to calm
and
still. The most relaxed I feel I have been in 10+ years. I felt so overwhelmed at
first
but then tears of joy flowed freely. Thank you for the amazing experience Raven. You
are
the best.

I am familiar with different breathwork techniques, but never experienced a Somatic
Breathing Practice until my session with Raven.
It was so good! She brought a pillow that allowed me to be in the position without
being
uncomfortable, and she explained the process.
The session went by very fast! I wanted more time, but the time we spent was great.
It
felt good to just rest and breathe.
After the session I felt relaxed and calm, and last night I had a very deep restful
sleep. I will be signing up for more sessions with her!

I can't put into words my experience with Release with Raven. I came feeling anxious
and
unsure. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and clearer. Raven took her time with us.
With
compassion, she guided us through our breathwork experience. Because of the love and
intention she put into the experience, I left better than I came. I highly recommend

The Release with Raven session felt like more than breathwork, it felt like a
collective
release. I felt connected to myself, to the other women in the room, and to
something
deeper I can't fully put into words. It was transcendent and grounding at the same
time.
I set my intention to reconnect with myself, and I left feeling clear, open, and
aligned. I'm so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend for anyone ready to
release and come back home to their body.
