Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a transformative practice that uses the breath as a direct gateway to healing and self-discovery.
CCB is a trauma-informed practice that has many benefits including, but not limited to: releasing emotional debt, enhanced mental clarity, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and pain reduction.
Whether used for emotional release, somatic healing, trauma integration, physical wellbeing, or spiritual growth, CCB helps you connect with your body, emotions, and a deeper sense of self.
During this style of breathwork, it is common for people to have powerful physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual experiences. People may also experience altered states of consciousness due to physiological changes and brainwave shifts.
This work can be done 1:1, in small groups, or larger groups, and can also be integrated into therapeutic work to access the body and subconscious mind.
Raven McKinney is a trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner whose path to this work was shaped by service, study, and her own journey through release. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, she learned what it means to cultivate strength, discipline, and resilience under pressure.
Her studies of plant medicine traditions across the world deepened her understanding of how real transformation happens when we work with the body instead of against it.
Now, through Release with Raven, she offers 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and guided programs designed to help clients release stored emotion, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they buried to survive.
